1) Wide grip barbell curls 10 reps.
Next alternate
2) Short grip Biceps grip pull ups 20 reps.
Both work out 3 sets.
• Third:
1) Short grip barbell curls 10 reps 3 sets.
Fourth:
1) Standing one dumbbell curls one by one both side 10 reps 3 sets.
Fifth:
1) Hammer curls one by one alternate both side 10/10 reps 3 sets.
